  • If you experience issues logging on to YPP you will need to take the following actions.
  • 1. Open up a new Internet Explorer window & press F12 key
  • 2. Select ‘cache’
  • 3. Select ‘clear browser cache’
  • 4. Click ‘cache’ again
  • 5. Select ‘clear browser cache for this domain’
  • 6. Close down Internet Explorer
  • 7. Re-open Internet Explorer & access the People System as before
  • If your internet access is disabled (laptop only) when performing these tasks press F12 again and contact HR Shared Service for assistance.
